About Vineyard Camps

Vineyard Camps was created in 2005 to provide Christ centered educational program using hands-on techniques. The goal of the camps is to provide examples of what youth can be doing right now in their lives to witness of Jesus Christ. This witness can be accomplished through a life of service to others, through a life filled with concern for their fellow beings, or through a life dedicated to praying for others. At times the individual will have to acknowledge traits which separate them from an active witness and dedicate their lives to the changes which will bring out an effective witness. 

Currently Vineyard Camps provide a summer camp and retreats in Central Missouri for junior high through college age youth. In the past, members of Vineyard Camps established a program to bring youth from Latin American countries to study in the United States and live with Christian families to learn family and church values.

Vineyard Camps’ hope is that youth will be empowered to exemplify Kingdom living in the family, in the market place, in society, in their church and in the government. The vision of Christ should be a passion which lives into the future with a hope for immortality and eternal life.
